U.S. Marine Veteran — Online Fitness & Recovery Coaching
Andrea Roth helps ordinary people build real strength, discipline, and habits that last — with faith at the center and no shortcuts. This is coaching that knows your name, your story, and your Sundays.
The Core Rising Philosophy
Anyone can hand you a workout plan. Andrea coaches the whole person — because how you train shapes how you live, and what you build on the inside holds up long after the mirror gets used to it.
Muscle is honest work. You earn it rep by rep, and it changes how you carry everything else.
Motivation texts you back eventually. Discipline shows up every day. We build the second one.
Rest isn’t weakness. It’s where the work takes hold — and where most people quietly quit.
Small things done repeatedly beat big things done occasionally. Every single time.
You were made for more than a before-and-after photo. We train the whole person, not just the body.
Nobody gets strong alone. You’ll have a coach who knows your name and people in your corner.

Meet Andrea
The Marine Corps taught me two things that never left: discipline is a form of respect, and nobody makes it through the hard parts alone. I carried both lessons out of uniform and into coaching — first on the volleyball court, then in the gym, and now with clients training alongside me online from all over the country.
I’ve been the person doing the 5 a.m. workout before anyone believed in the goal. I’ve also been the person whose body needed a season of recovery instead of another round of punishment. Both chapters taught me something most fitness programs never say out loud: you can be strong and still need rest. You can be disciplined and still need grace.
That’s why my faith isn’t a footnote — Philippians 4:13 isn’t a gym poster to me, it’s how I got through the years that tried to break me. I coach the same way I was rebuilt: honestly, patiently, and without letting you settle for less than you’re capable of.
If you want a coach who will believe in you on the days you don’t, hold the standard when you’d rather lower it, and actually know your story — we’ll get along fine.

What coaching actually looks like
Training with Andrea is personal. Your program is built around your body, your schedule, and your season of life — and it adjusts as you do. Here’s the framework every client trains inside.
Personalized strength training built around your life and goals — programmed week by week, not pulled from a template. Every rep has a reason.
Practical nutrition and daily habits that fit a real kitchen and a real schedule. No foods you’re banned from. No crash math.
Learn to train hard without neglecting recovery — mobility, sleep, stress, and the discipline of rest. This is where results are actually made.
Build discipline, confidence, and consistency that extends past the gym. Check-ins, honest feedback, and accountability that doesn’t vanish in week two.
Faith stays at the center of the process. Strength with purpose, perseverance with peace — trained, not just talked about.
Who this is for
If any of this sounds like you, you’re exactly who Andrea built Core Rising for:
This probably isn’t for you if you want a shortcut, a detox, or a coach who hands you a plan and disappears. Andrea takes a limited number of clients so she can actually coach them. If you show up, so will she.

The foundation
“Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
— Galatians 6:9
Faith isn’t a marketing angle here — it’s how Andrea got through the seasons that tried to break her, and it’s why she coaches the way she does: with patience, honesty, and a belief that you are worth more than your output. You will never be preached at or pressured. But if faith is part of your story, there’s room for all of it here — strength, perseverance, purpose, and trusting God through the process.
Why “Core Rising”
A core isn’t just a midsection. It’s the center of who you are — what you stand on when everything else shakes. Training starts there. So does change.
And rising isn’t a highlight reel. It’s what happens when you get knocked down one more time than you quit. It’s the slow, stubborn work of becoming stronger — in body, in mind, in spirit — and refusing to stay where you landed.
Every person who trains here is rising from something. That’s the whole name.
