Le Caveau

A Curated World of Wine

Thoughtfully selected wines, personal guidance,
and discoveries worth sharing.

Our Philosophy

Wine, curated
with purpose.

Le Caveau is not about overwhelming you with endless bottles. It is about finding the right bottle for the right person, the right meal, the right occasion — and the right budget.

Every wine on our shelves has been tasted and evaluated for its quality at its price. We would rather pour you something we love than sell you something we don't. That is the whole idea behind the caveau — the little cellar where good bottles wait for good company.

Our story

The Selection

Six shelves,
one point of view.

Mostly France, Italy and Spain — with a very selective offering from the United States. From ten dollars to several hundred a bottle, every shelf is tasted before it earns its place.

Food + Wine Pairing

The right wine
changes the meal.

Pairing is the heart of Le Caveau. Tell us what you're eating — here or in person — and we'll show you what to pour beside it.

What are you eating?

Succulent grilled steak with roasted sides

Pairing No. 01

With steak, pour something with shoulders.

Rich, charred reds stand up to a serious cut.

    The Vinotheque

Your next favorite bottle is probably here.

We call ourselves a vinotheque — a wine library — because the shop works the way a good library does. You arrive curious. Someone who has read the shelves helps you find what you didn't know you were looking for.

Tell us what you drank last that you loved. Tell us what you're cooking, what you're gifting, what you're celebrating. We'll hand you a bottle with a story behind it, pull a second in case you want to compare, and write the tasting note on the tag so you remember why.

    The People Behind the Bottles

Wine is better when it's shared.

Le Caveau is run by people who taste everything they sell, travel the regions they pour, and remember what you took home last time.

We opened in the White Rock Center because East Dallas deserved a shop where nobody gets talked down to. First-timer, collector, or someone who just wants a good Tuesday-night red — you'll leave with a bottle you're genuinely excited to open, and probably the story of why.
