Case Study — 01
A fitness coach with a real audience and no product. We built the platform that turned her programs into a business.
Elizabeth had done the hard part: she'd built a genuine following and a reputation as a coach. But the business behind it lived in DMs, spreadsheets, and manual check-ins. Every new client meant more admin, and every program was harder to deliver than the last.
She didn't need a prettier Instagram page or a brochure site. She needed infrastructure — a place where programs could be delivered, clients could self-serve, and interested followers could become members without a conversation first.
We framed the product around one path: a follower lands on the site, understands the offer in seconds, and can join a program without friction. Everything upstream of that path — the brand presentation, the program pages, the pricing clarity — exists to feed it.
Behind the path, we planned the platform itself: program delivery, client accounts, and progress tracking that removed the manual work from Elizabeth's week. The strategy was to make the business run through the product, not around it.
The visual direction is confident and athletic — strong type, high contrast, and photography that treats training as seriously as it treats the brand. Nothing decorative; the design's job is to make the offer feel credible immediately.
Because most members arrive from a phone, the entire experience was designed mobile-first: program pages, checkout, and the member dashboard all work one-handed. The design system was kept deliberately small so the product could grow without visual debt.
We built the platform as a proper web application: member accounts, structured program delivery, and dashboards that show clients where they are and what's next. Payments and access are handled automatically — joining a program is a checkout, not a conversation.
On the operations side, the build took work off Elizabeth's plate: program content is managed in one place, and new offerings slot into the same structure instead of requiring a new build every time.
The transformation is structural. Elizabeth's coaching no longer scales with her hours — programs are delivered through the platform, clients onboard themselves, and the sales path works while she trains.
The brand finally has a home that matches the size of the audience: one place where people discover the offer, join it, and do the work. And the platform is built to carry whatever she launches next.
