Sergio’s opened its doors in 1982 with a simple conviction: a jewelry store should be run like a family, because its customers eventually become one. Four decades later, we’re designing rings for the children of couples we proposed to in the nineties.
The bench is still the heart of the store. Everything from a prong-tightening to a ground-up custom design happens here — in back, past the cases, where it always has.

GIA-trained eyes select every stone. Every setting is checked under magnification. Every repair is done the slow way, because the fast way is how heirlooms get lost.
A Neighborhood Institution
We’ve watched East Dallas grow around us — the Arboretum, the lake, the generations who walk in with a box and a story. We sponsor the school auctions. We know which parking spots flood. This is our neighborhood as much as our storefront.
