What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance information if applicable, a list of current medications and supplements, and any recent lab results or medical records you have. Arriving a few minutes early helps everything go smoothly.

Do you see children and entire families?

Yes. Our primary care practice welcomes the whole family — from pediatric visits to adult and preventative care, all in one place.

Can you help with chronic conditions?

Absolutely. Chronic disease management is a core part of our primary care. We combine regular follow-up, comprehensive labs, and lifestyle support to help you manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders.

What wellness services can be added to my care?

Alongside primary care, we offer comprehensive lab testing, medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, IV therapy, nutraceuticals and supplements, and medical aesthetics. Many patients start with one and build from there.

Can I get tested for COVID-19, flu, strep, or other illnesses in the office?

Yes. We offer in-office testing for pan-respiratory illnesses including COVID-19, influenza, mono, strep, and RSV — so you can get answers and a plan in a single visit.
