Our Providers
Three experienced nurse practitioners — doctorally and master's trained — who believe great medicine starts with knowing the person in front of them.
Primary Care Provider
Founder at heart, educator by instinct — Tara brings Duke-level training and a decade of Dallas service to every appointment.
Tara grew up in Norman, Oklahoma, and studied nursing at Baylor University before working in the Pediatric ICU in Dallas. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she was named an MSN Academic Scholar, and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Duke University, graduating at the top of her class.
She is a member of local and national advanced practice organizations, serves as a consultant and medical advisory board member for a large preventive healthcare provider, and has spent ten years volunteering at a local urgent care clinic for the underserved in Dallas — along with medical mission trips with LatMed International.

Nine years in the most demanding units of Baylor University Medical Center taught Stefanie calm under pressure — now she brings that steadiness to family medicine.
Stefanie was born in San Antonio and has called the Dallas–Fort Worth area home since she was twelve. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and spent nine years nursing at Baylor University Medical Center, including the Trauma ICU and Cardiac/Vascular Surgery Recovery.
She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at UT Arlington, with clinical hours at Lakewood Family Health under the mentorship of Kendra Breithaupt and Alyssa Haycock. Her nurse practitioner career began at Baylor in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery — and she is now bringing that depth of experience to family practice, preventative medicine, wellness, and health promotion.

Primary Care Provider
More than twelve years of critical care nursing gave Samantha a rare gift: judgment you can feel the moment she walks in the room.
Samantha is originally from Roswell, New Mexico, and has called Texas home for seventeen years. She earned her nursing degree from Texas Tech University and has spent more than twelve years in nursing, including trauma and surgical ICU care and perioperative care.
That background sharpened her critical thinking and deepened her understanding of patients — not just their conditions. She brings both to every visit, whether she is managing a chronic condition or helping a family stay well.
